Transliteration 

1. Bismillâhirrahmânirrahıym  2. Alhamdulillahi Rabb'ilalemin  3. Ar' Rahmanir'Rahim  4. Maliki Yawmi'd Din 5.Iyyakana'budu wa iyyaka nasta'in  6. Ihdinas Sirat'al  Mustaqim.  7. Siratal'ladhina  an'amta alayhim ghairil  maghdubi  alaihim wa ladh'dhal'lin

Translation

1 In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.   2.Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds;   3.Most Gracious, Most Merciful;   4.Master of the Day of Judgment.  5.Thee do we worship, and Thine aid we seek.   6.Show us the straight way,  7.The way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, those whose (portion) is not wrath, and who go not astray

Transliteration 

1.Alam tarakayfa fa'ala Rabbuka bi ashabil fil  2.Alam yajal kaydahum fi tadh'lil   3.Wa arsala aleyhim tayran ababil  4.Tarmihim bi hijaratin'min'sijjil   5.Fa ja'alahum ka'asfin'ma'kul.

Translation

1.Seest thou not how thy Lord dealt with the Companions of the Elephant?  2.Did He not make their treacherous plan go astray?   3.And He sent against them Flights of Birds,  4.Striking them with stones of baked clay.  5.Then did He make them like an empty field of stalks and straw, (of which the corn) has been eaten up

Transliteration 

1.Li ilaffi quraish(in)   2.Ilafihim rihlatash'shita'i was'sayf   3.Fal'ya'budu Rabba hadhal Bayt   4.Alladhi at'amahum min'ju'in waamanahum min khawf

Translation

1.For the covenants (of security and safeguard enjoyed) by the Quraish,  2.Their covenants (covering) journeys by winter and summer,  3. Let them adore the Lord of this House,  4.Who provides them with food against hunger, and with security against fear (of danger).

Transliteration

1.Ara'aytal'ladhi yukadh'dhibu bid'din  2.Fadhali kalladhi yadu'ul yatim   3.Wa la yahudh'dhu ala taamil miskin 4.Faway'lun'lil musallin  5.Alladhi na hum an'salatihim sahun   6.Alladhina hum yura'una  7.Wa yamna'ul al ma'un

Translation

1.Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)?   2. Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness),   3.And encourages not the feeding of the indigent.  4.So woe to the worshippers   5.Who are neglectful of their prayers,   6.Those who (want but) to be seen (of men),   7.But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs.

Transliteration  

1.Inna atayna qal' Kawthar  2.Fasalli li Rabbika wannar   3.Inna shani'aka huwal abtar

Translation

Transliteration

1.Qul ya ayyuhal kafirun  2.La a'budu ma ta'budun  3.Wa la antum abuduna ma a'bud  4.Wa la ana a'budun ma a'badtum  5.Wa la antum a'buduna ma a'bud  6.Lakum dinukum wa liya din

Translation

1.Say : O ye that reject Faith!  2.I worship not that which ye worship,  3.Nor will ye worship that which I worship.  4.And I will not worship that which ye have been wont to worship,  5.Nor will ye worship that which I worship.  6.To you be your Way, and to me mine.

Transliteration

1.Idha ja anasr'ullahi wal fath(u)  2.Wa raaytan'nasa yad'khuluna fi dinil'lahi afwaja(n)  3.Fa   sabbih   bi  hamdi  Rabbika   was   taghfir'hu   innahu   kana   taw'waba

Translation

1.When comes the Help of Allah, and Victory,   2.And thou dost see the people enter Allah.s Religion in crowds,  3.Celebrate the praises of thy Lord, and pray for His Forgiveness: For He is Oft Returning (in Grace and Mercy).

Transliteration 

1.Tabbat yada abi lahabin'watab   2.Ma'sghns anhu maluhu wama kasab   3.Sa yas la naran'dhata lahab  4.Wamra'atuhu ham'mal at al hatab  5.Fi ji diha hablun'min'masad

Translation

1.Perish the hands of the Father of Flame! Perish he!   2.No profit to him from all his wealth, and all his gains! 3.Burnt soon will he be in a Fire of Blazing Flame!   4.His wife shall carry the (crackling) wood   As fuel!   5.A twisted rope of palm leaf fibre round her (own) neck!

Transliteration

1.Qul hu'w'Allahu Ahad  2.Allahus Samad  3.Lam yalid wa lam yulad  4.Wa lam yakun'lahu kufuwan Ahad

Translation

1.Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;   2.Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;   3. He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; 4.And there is none like unto Him.

Transliteration

1.Qul audhu bi Rabbil falaq  2.Min'sharri ma khalaq  3.Wa min'sharri ghasiqin idha waqab  4.Wa min'sharrin naffa thati filuqad   5.Wa min'sharri hasidin idha hasad.

Translation

1.Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn.   2.From the mischief of created things;.  3.From the mischief of Darkness as it overspreads;  4.From the mischief of those who practise secret arts;  5.And from the mischief of the envious one as he practises envy.

Transliteration

1. Ul audhu b Rabb'in Nas  2. Maliki'in Nas  3. Ilahin Nas  4. Min'shar'ril was wa'sil khan'nas  5.Alladhi yuwas wisu fi sudırin'nas  6. Min al jin'nati wan nas

Translation

1.Say: I seek refuge with the Lord and Cherisher of Mankind,  2.The King (or Ruler) of Mankind,   3.The Allah (or judge) of Mankind,  4.From the mischief of the Whisperer (of Evil), who withdraws (after his whisper), 5.(The same) who whispers into the hearts of Mankind,  6.Among Jinns and among men.
